Do I need to verify my identity?

No. The wallet needs only an email and a password. Verification applies to the exchange, where trading law requires it.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Sign in on a new device with your email, password and 2FA. Your balances are unaffected, and you can sign out your other devices from the app.

Receiving is free. Sending to another address costs a network fee that the app shows before you confirm. Convert is still in testing; its fee will be shown before you confirm, too.
